Shipping
For deliveries with in Australia we use Australia Post ‘Parcel Post’ or ‘Express Post’ services. The postage and handling charge is calculated based on the size and weight of your order and displayed for you at time of checkout. Other delivery options can be arranged, please email us at kate@mandarinsquare.com with details of your request.
Delivery times
Standard - allow 5-7 working days
Express - allow 3-5 working days for Metropolitan Delivery
If your parcel cannot be delivered for some reason, Australia Post will leave a calling card and you will be able to pick up your parcel at your convenience from your post office.
Return policy
If for any reason the product that you purchased isn’t what you thought you purchased, simply return it within 7 days of receiving it, in its original state and packaging together with the original invoice or packing slip, for a refund. We do not refund your postage and handling costs. Refunds can only be credited to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.
Returning a Gift
Gift recipients who return an item must provide ‘proof of purchase’ being either an invoice or packing slip. If this cannot be supplied, the item with be exchanged for the current selling price of the item within 7 days of purchase.
Important Information
We endeavour to reproduce all colours as accurately as possible, however sometimes there may be slight variation to what you see on our web site. This can be due to photography lighting, computer picture resolution & individual monitor settings.
Items damaged in the Post
While every care will be taken when packing and handling goods; postage is at the buyers risk and items damaged in the post will not be refunded. Should you wish to consider insurance or other postage options please email us at kate@mandarinsquare.com
